Welcome to the Shining Knights Dance Team at the University of Central Florida!
About Us
We're a K-Pop dance group within the Korean Culture Club at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
We post multiple dance covers per semester, host events such as dance workshops as well as K-Pop random dances, and perform at events around the greater Orlando area.HOW WE WORK:
1) We hold monthly auditions for our announced covers which are open to all UCF or Valencia students. You can find these announcements on Instagram and Discord. You do not have to be a dues-paying member to audition, but if selected, dues will be required. For announced covers, members are chosen by the Dance Coordinators (with member preferences taken into consideration but not guaranteed).2) Each month, dance team members can suggest covers of their own through our Discord. These suggestions are submitted via a Google Form and then selected based on popularity. Auditions are not always required, but in cases where they are not, you must have participated in at least one auditioned cover in the past.
